One-Sided Wall Against Brick Using LC-6 Loop-Coil Ties

A hospital addition required new foundation walls to be poured up against an existing brick foundation. Steel Dog® LC-6 Loop-Coil™ Ties were chosen for the job. LC-6's have a full 2" range of adjustment, which helps with irregular wall surfaces and variable lengths of coil rod.

Here, drop-in anchors are used to secure 1/2" coil rod into drilled holes in the brick. Direct anchoring of coil rod with epoxy is another alternative.
