Using SC-64's to Form One-Sided Battered Wall

This thick battered wall was being constructed to buttress an older stone retaining wall on a railroad siding in Rhode Island. Steel Dog® Snap-Coil™ Ties were chosen as the tie for this job-built forming job.

Lengths of 1/2" coil rod were welded to vertical grout pipes imbedded in the underlying mud slab. SC's were screwed onto these stubs and turned to true up plywood form panels.
